Our little one is on his forth month of BLW and I’ve been doing all the things to make sure our grocery list is still healthy, but not hundreds of dollars!! Our little guy loves Kiwi, and at our Neighborhood Walmart I can get 5 for $3.00. At another grocery store in town it’s 3 for $5.00! On average, my grocery bill is $20-$30 less when I shop there. They might not have everything you need, but you can get about 90% of your shopping done.
Don’t be afraid of the frozen food section- frozen fruits and vegetables can actually be just as nutritious as their fresh counterparts, and they’re often more convenient and budget-friendly. Just be sure to look for options with no added ingredients like sugar or salt.
